Excellent movie

Just wondering why isn't this movie getting proper recognition. I know Angelina Jolie didn't direct the movie but still... This movie is excellent one of the best movies I have seen in connection to the Bosnian war and rape camps. Even the DVD sale is limited... Don't understand it. Hope it will win Oscar then maybe it will change the things around??
