Something I didn't quite get; when sean phoned someone he said "I want a girl"

- who did he phone?
- why did he need a girl?

I think the police captain was involved. If not him, then I'm not sure because there weren't a lot of characters the film showed who would be viable candidates for it.

Sean called his next target Manchini to set up the events so he could meet and kill Manchini.

It was a burner phone. He made the call to get the pimp out of the house so he could attack him.
