360 disc swapping

So I downloaded both discs to my hard drive. Can I play the full game then from Disc 1 and not have to swap over to disc 2? I was told it would be the other way around playing the full game from disc 2 but when I loaded both up and put disc 2 in, a message told me to insert disc 1. Let me know. Thanks.

I'm not real sure man.

But I will tell you that earlier this year I tried to do the same thing with Mass Effect 2. To no avail.

So that is the reason there are two disc's? So you can put disc 1 in your computer and get stuff off it right?
