I noticed that after the 8th episode next Sunday on the REELZ channel re-airing of Pillars of the Earth, there is a 9th episode called "Illumination," yet I can't seem to find any information on this episode at all. Does anyone know what this is?

Illumination aired last night on Reelz channel.

All the evil characters receive their comeuppance.
Cathedral is finished. Pryor Philip is aged now. Jack and Aiela(sp) are married. Maude's son Henry is king. Life is good.

wtf? I just watched the whole thing on dvd. there is no 9th episode. that stuff you mentioned is how the 8th episode ends

Definitely. There are 8 episodes, no idea why there is listed a 9th episode.

Boycott movies that involve real animal violence! (and their directors too)

In the 2011 broadcast by the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation, the series was re-cut into nine episodes.
