Who is the breakout star here?

I have to go with Sam Claflin (and a major reason for it is Hunger Games.) However, it seems that Eddie Redmayne and David Oakes are also doing good after the series.

Nobody actually broke out from this series imo.

I'd add Hayley Atwell to the list. I wouldn't be surprised if this mini-series got her noticed for Captain America. I personally think Sam Claflin, Eddie Redmanyne got noticed by American film directors in the Pillars of the Earth.
David Oakes has also built up a nice career playing villainous characters in the Borgias and the White Queen. Most of the young cast in this series have gone on to have very successful careers.

Well it seems Eddie Redmayne is the breakout star,he's enjoying the great success of The Theory of Everything and an Oscar win.

Congrats to Eddie! It seems that he has a chance this year to be nominated too for the Danish Girl. Yay!

Hayley Atwell has the best career since. At least the best resume.
