No Roland Manookian on dvd???

Despite being practically the main character in this film (the director of the film that the mockumentary is about!), Roland's picture is nowhere to be seen on either of the dvd covers, his name's not mentioned in the synopsis on the back cover nor is he named in the credits underneath!

Did he (wisely) want to distance himself completely from the film or did he have a falling out with the producers?

Anyone know?
