Song at the end of Turkey episode?

I recently watched the Turkey episode on IFC, I was wondering if anyone knows who performs the song used at the end? This song was also playing during the closing credits.

A Google search garnered NO info. The song was definitely NOT original music composed for "Food Party".

I recognized the song, but couldn't figure out the performer OR name of the song. I don't have IFC On Demand through my cable provider, so I can't re-watch the episode.

A friend thought the song was by Spacehog,.....I think he said, "In the Meantime"?
