Found this series on torrent sites, why isn't there anything about it here? it was nor really a "good" documentary, more like a good day to day diary. But it's truly unique, never was real modern war filmed up so close with such a good picture quality. Highly recommended.

The one episode that surprised me was the one where Ross Kemp met up with the British Ambassador, I never new about Afghanistan being such a holiday hot spot during the 70s and some of the shots of the Taliban executions in the old Russian built swimming pool where a bit of a shock.
9/10 from me.
Could we look without a fear,
If we knew our end was nigh?
Over 7 years later and still nobody posts here, amazing considering how good the series is.
