Unoriginal predictable ending... SPOILER

I hate when these films leave an open ending with no justice. Makes the film a waste to watch.

I was actually happy that it wasn't the predictable ending where the "victim" gets to "win" and improbably escapes while brutally killing her captor(s). I thought it was a rather interesting choice to avoid the "justice" ending.

The movie was a stink bomb... the ending was a stink bomb. Nothing original or surprising.

When we see Lilia with the eyepatch, it implies that with each future "house-napping" that things will fall apart for her and David. We see in this movie that David's connection to Lilia is starting to wane. So in time, these two will split and/or fail in their endeavours and trouble will come their way. Plus maybe the ending left things open for a sequel?

I think Tricia and Brian signed onto to the film as a favor. While I liked it (bought it on dvd) this was basically a small Indie. I couldn't see them doing a sequel.

They left with nothing but the clothes on their backs. Meaning ID w/photo, credit cards - at least hers - still in the house - not to mention tons of fingerprints. And the tapes of the murders, starring Lila. She'd have to have gotten some treatment for her eye.

They're too stupid to get away with it.
