Apparently many b-horror movies have evil triumphing again(like Neighbor,Outrage,Hatchet and this of course).)which is a good break from hollywood blockbuster good wins all the time.
Hopefully others will feel the same way.
yeah but when the crazy brother drove off -- alice was still breathing -- so she could have lived at the end...police were just a block or 2 away, along w/ambulance - so in my theory alice lives....he didn't finish her off - wonder why he didn't do that? you would think he'd finish her off ..... kinda think the brother was getting sick of his twin sister's demands and telling him what he can/can't do...so thats why he didn't finish off Alice in the end...

Agreed. It's obvious that she lived. He just looked and her and got in the car drove away. She's not dead, but they've gone on to continue to wreak havoc.

Not for long, probably. Even if Alice dies, they left the tapes of Lila's murders in the house. She had to have had her eye treated somewhere. Ooo, but she dyed her hair! That'll fool 'em!
shareNot sure what you mean about good normally always winning in the end. In horror movies evil tends to always prevail. The killer either dies but then is not really dead or just gets away to live another day.
I find it rare in horror movies where the survivors live and there is no surprise moment of the killer still being alive.
