American review

I'm from America and I enjoyed this movie. Known as just "Streetdance", when aired on American TV channels. The story wasn't perfect, but it reminded me of Step Up and Save the Last Dance. Both good films in my opinion.

I liked both forms of dancing, and I didn't think the acting was that bad. Sometimes dance movies have the worst acting ever.

I didn't like how the street dancers where mean at first. They were getting free dance space for crying out loud. The main girl was rude when she first started teaching. I guess it was nice to see the kids come together in the end, despite their differences. However it could have worked to have them be respectful to each other. I couldn't tell how old they were supposed to be, but they were at least 16. That's old enough to be tolerant of other dance styles.
