Is 20 minutes too long for a film to get started on the horror part?

What the hell is wrong with people? Is a youth thing? Impatience? Some twats seem to think that 5 minutes without action or blood is slow, not enough going on and other crap that only *beep* ADD whiners would gripe about. Good films take time to tell the story, create characters..you know actual writing and plot forming...I guess some children who can't take the time to spell correctly have a problem with character development due to spastic aggression they see in music videos and crap TV. Take your time...watching a good movie should take time like good sex...take your time, slowly build and the climax of the film will pay off in...whatever..just relax and enjoy without bitching about time...sheeeeiit.
