Terminator vs. Engineer fight

Who do you guys think would win in a fight between the terminator model in the first movie or the engineer in Prometheus? The terminator would have no weapons, and the engineer would have no weapons. The engineer would be wearing his bio-suit, without the helmet. I think the Engineer would win, as he has more reach, and is probably close in strength. It would be a tough fight though, because the terminator has no fear, would not get tired, and would never run/give up. The engineer would be more clever, and that bio-suit was easily enough to stop a military grade shotgun at point black range in the movie.
