Did Charlize Theron’s character have sex with the captain?
He asked for sex with the “Are you a robot?” line, and she said, “My room. 10 minutes.”
I can’t tell if it was just joking or not. Theron’s character doesn’t seem like the type to give sex so easily.

shareSo unprofessional of the Captain to bang, and of course the likely synthetic blonde woman, after how many weeks/months of journey to a new world? The last thing I would think of is sex with the resident bangable if I stepped foot on an undiscovered world.
It was nice not seeing this random sexual intercourse in Alien and Aliens. Not every thriller needs to have sex or naked people in the shower as the Alien waltzes up to them.
This was the moment the 4th Wall was broken because both characters knew that the main Plot was going nowhere so by suggesting a sex scene offscreen they could distract the audience from an already wayward narrative.
