I've always wondered why the Engineer took David's head off (literally) after David asked him a question in what he thought was the Engineer's native language?
I like to think that while David thought he was saying Hello, what the Engineer heard was *beep* you and the horse you rode in on."

Check youtube and you can find an extended deleted scene with translations (from Space Jockeyese) and you will know exactly what OMW told David to say to the SJ. Basically OMW was bragging how they both had created life, were Godlike and therefore OMW should get more life from the SJ. IMO, the SJ was more pissed at OMW than David as after he tore OMW's life creation apart he then threw it (David's head) at him.
