Is this an Easter movie or Christmas movie?!

It's not really about any one specific holiday, it's about the icons of those holidays. There is no more in the movie about Easter than there is about the tooth fairy. If anything it's a winter movie since it takes place primarily in a region of the world still very much in the depth of winter. Nightmare before Christmas had a Christmas theme, all the characters were talking about it, main character wanted to be a part of it, etc...this movie just about random mythic/legendary characters that most kids believe in during childhood. In fact, only two of the 6 have their own holiday.

I watch it during Christmas though, haha. Jack Frost/winter stuff just reminds me of Christmas because of the song about "Jack Frost nipping at your nose."
