Question about the dick scene

I read the parents guide and it says we see some dude's dick (though it's fake because this is a movie)

So I want to know: what's the context for that scene? Is it in a sex scene or is somebody just caught without their pants down? I'm just not a fan of graphic sex scenes myself; that's why I'm asking.
