Two problems with the plot (SPOILERS)

It makes no sense that the bad guy didn't kill Marcus when he had the chance. Especially as he said later he doesn't like witnesses. How they "explained" this with the "I should have listened to Flor" was weak.

Later, as Flor and the bad guy are trying to get to the roof, Marcus pops up behind them, and Flor reaches for a gun - again, no sense that a trained CIA killer wouldn't have her gun out and in her hand, especially since this mistake costs her her life.

The photography was annoying at times but overall, I thought the movie was OK for what it was.
