Very very dull

This was nothing but an excuse for a bit of kung-fu. I watched it through to see how it was going to end but there were no plot twists, no surprises, nothing spectacular. Snipes simple dispatches all the bad guys one by one until game over. Then he gets forgiveness from God. Well who cares about that.
It's hard to imagine that anyone would finance this damp squid.

Totally agree. We watched this last night and for the first 15 minutes waited for something to happen and tried to figure out what was going on. And how many gun fights were there when Snipes popped out to fire, then the bad guy popped out to fire, back to Snipes, back to the bad guy and no-one hit anybody!! There was the stairwell, the hospital corridor with Flor, down at the vault, up on the roof with Zander and despite the limitless supply of bullets and no reloading most of the baddies were despatched with a twist of the head to break the neck with lots of crunching sound effects. The guy playing Zander may be very good at martial arts but he can't act - mind you, neither can Steven Seagal and he's done pretty well. And if they were such a ruthless gang of renegade CIA agents who killed nurses, doctors and security guards indiscriminatly why didn't they kill the Hedge Fund guy and Smith once he'd let them into the vault? I won't even mention that after they all tried very hard to kill Snipes at the hospital, Zander then left him unconscious but alive. Very, very B-movie if not worse.
