Score is a blatant ripoff

While I was watching the film I couldn't help but think how I had heard this score before. It was so familiar and then it finally hit me I had. Unless the film or the composer cited it, it was a complete copy of Hans Zimmer in the film Pearl Harbor song "Tennessee". I swear this song plays through the film multiple times.

Hans Zimmer's music is used and listed in the credits for this film. The credits indicate that four Zimmer compositions were used: "Patricide" from Gladiator, and "Silence," "Journey to the Line," "The Village" from The Thin Red Line. There may be similarities in Zimmer's own music; however, nothing from Pearl Harbor was used.
