I don't know who Tom Papa is but there is something up with that guy. He looks like a rapist or a meth addict or like something horrible. If he moved in next door to me, I would be afraid he would rape my dog one night and then burn my house down. Seinfeld must have decided to find the creepiest, strangest looking person he could to host this...thing.
