CGI'd ghosts + CGI'd fog ruin the movie!

I appreciate what the filmmakers intentions are, but the poor CGI HURT this movie instead of help. The first skeleton ghost thingy looked laughably FAKE! Should've stuck with banshee & maybe some spirit silhouette's instead of trying to show them in full & the movie still would've worked IMO.

I agree. The first skeleton face when she's in the closet was awful and it went down hill from there.

Terrible terrible CGI. I saw the 'review' from the guy who says he was responsable for 98% of the CGI work. Instead of complaining that he didn't receive the credit, he should be THANKFUL. How the hell did this even get picked up for distribution?

Yep, you nailed it. The part where they begin to hear the wailing from the woods is creepy. Putting yourself in their shoes adds some creepiness but once they showed the ghost it went downhill.
