Ilithyia's baby
She tells Spartcus' it is his, but perhaps that was just an attempt to spare her life. If you watch the show you know what will come of her and the baby....but whose baby do you think it is - Spartcus or Glaber?

shareIt seems unlikely that it would be Spartacus's baby, since as far as we could tell he didn't "finish". But it is possible. And at least a month passed before her husband arrived at Capua. If her period was late, she would know. Also according to my wife, she knew something was different with her body within a week of conception.
As I was writing this, I thought of something else. After her night with Spartacus, and before her husband arrived, she had sex with the Magistrates son. More than likely he did get to finish. What if he was the father???
Yikes, thats creepy and I forgot about that. Kid was barely in his teens. But different time back then I guess.
shareWhy? One of my ex-girlfriends had sex at 11. It's not about times but more about people.
sharePeople were having sex back during the setting of this show at much younger ages, people also lived much shorter lives. Also, sex at 11 is disturbing.

Yes, it is. But well what the hell, she was hot and I had many fun moments in bed with her. She eventually cheated on me and I dumped her, but I had a nice time for what it was lol.
It was the kid’s 15th birthday. It’s called “paying fucking attention.”
You always were an asshole, Baelish.

Interesting thought...because I didn't think he finished either, but when watching that scene how I wish he had! But that's another matter altogether.
He didn't really need to finish to get her pregnant. There is sperm in precum sometimes and not to get too technical, Spartacus hadn't been with a woman in long time before he had sex with Ilithia, so therefore chances are likely he was spraying a little semen due to the build up.
A man can impregnate a woman without ejaculating. You know about the “pre-cum,” right?
Oh. You don’t . . .
