Does Phil dunphy actors take his actin cues from Hayley

He speaks like a teenage girl. He adds extra syllables to ends of wordsaaaaa. Hayley does the same thingaaaaa.

It's more likely Hayley takes after Phil, since she grew up from infancy hearing him talk. That's my Captain Obvious contribution for today.
