What's with Kendra near the end of the last ep?

Admittedly, I'm not paying that close attention when I watch this show. I sometimes use the cable menu thing to channel surf, so I miss a lot of the subtitles.

Anyways, 4 days later, and I'm not exactly sure what Kendra's crying was about to Jenny and ... the other guy. I blame the Kari/Selma drama hogging screentime.

Something about breaking celibacy? Did she admit to masturbating when she's not supposed to? All I got was Jenny comforting her, and how Drew was glad that she owned up to what she did wrong.

It wasn't entirely clear what exactly she had done. She kept saying that she had "cheated," which I assume means she broke one of the rules of the rehab program. My guess is masturbation, but I'm not 100% sure.
