I'm growing really tired of the personality of Andy. Yes Sam had a baby with someone else but he loves Andy and has proven it many times but she always finds something to pout/sulk or be unhappy about. She's irritating. Also, the actress herself mumbles too much. I'm not old by any means, but I have to put the Closed Caption option on to understand her 1/2 the time.
What's up with Gail's hair BTW, it always looks dirty. I know it's probably styling gel, but it looks awful .

When will we finaly see a strong female charcter that is NOT a crying, jealous, bitching, drama queen, stupid decision making, unloyal, everything is my fault syndrome and need to fix every problem by my self syndrome.

Ugh, she's whining way too much over this baby. It's not like Marlo waited until the kid was like 10 to tell them and interrupted their marital bliss. She's had months to get used to the idea. What happened to all of that 'this baby will be loved by me from day one' garbage that she was spewing? She freakin delivered the kid! She's in it's life so early that she has plenty of time to bond with this kid and have a strong maternal place in it's life. But instead she's acting like being a distant, mopey, douchebag somehow makes her noble so that she can let them be a family or something. They even had Marlo and Sam acting like he needed to make an "honest woman" out of her for the sake of the kid when he first found out. What year is this?

I think Andy's feelings are valid. I would probably feel the same way. But it's reality and if she wants to be with Sam she has to find a way to deal with it. So while there's nothing wrong with how she feels, she needs to get some counselling or something to learn to deal with it.
I don't like the way they do Gail's hair either. I don't like it short. Her face in general looked nicer with long hair IMO, but the greasy look they have going isn't good at all.
Gail's hair, wasn't a character decision. It was a decision that had to be made due to the fact that the actress Charlotte Sullivan, said after years of dying her hair really blonde it had damaged it. So she had to cut it to save her hair condition.
shareWigs are a thing, though. She could have cut it and covered it with a wig.
Or they could have ditched the idea of making the whole Peck family look like albinos and let her dye it dark (there are a few shots of her online with dark hair and she looks gorgeous) and added some extensions until it grew out more.
I just hate the cut and color one way or another
Another reason is that Charlotte was pregnant while shooting S5. So she couldn't dye her hair for that reason too.
