Seriously, he has to be the worst possible addition to "Rookie Blue". Not only does he pretend to be black, but the actor himself is absolutely horrendous. Can somebody explain to me why he was put on this show in the first place and/or what purpose he serves? He's terribly annoying.

I hate Duncan's character WITH A PASSION.
I don't know if this guy can act or not - but I find the character he plays on Rookie Blue so utterly repulsive that I will never be able to separate him in future roles from my memory of his 'scumbaggery' on this show.
His character is stupid, shallow, cowardly - and just generally an all round lowlife.
He displays every characteristic that a cop should NOT be.

I don't know what country these people believe that they are living in, but in America the actor in question would never be called "white" by any bystanders asked to describe his physical characteristics. If nit black he'd next be described as "Hispanic-looking."

He is annoying, but he's starting to work a little bit, here and there.
And he isn't 'acting black,' he is acting like someone who was raised in an urban environment, and I'd bet he was too, not to mention it seems he might be mixed if anything. You might be mixing your race issues with city dwellers issues.
