Duncan

I still think Duncan is a douche, but I am glad to see he is trying. Last week he knew the answer when Oliver asked about the criteria for an Amber Alert.

When Duncan's step dad was belittling him, it sort of reinforced my opinion that the commissioner was the instigator for the retaliation against Andy. I doubt his concern was Duncan's career and more about how it reflected on him.

And Duncan didn't seem to take it personally when the step dad mocked him for being the bait to set up the trap.

Who would make a good T.O. For Duncan? How about Oliver? He's used to dealing with "kids" and could relate to him better than Sam. Sam would have no patience with Duncan. Are there any other senior officers left?
