How much sexual stuff is in it? Have to watch it with someone and want to avoid the akwardness...

Very little. Only some kissing and they are not portrayed in an overly sexual manner.
shareNo sex, just prudish kissing (not much at that) - this is 1914 after all, with chaperones and long skirts. They don't show the violence of fighting much as it is from Vera's POV, but when she is a nurse on the front, there are some gruesome scenes.
shareThe scene with the chaperone at the museum and movie theatre I believe was cute.
