Saw this movie tonite - I loved it

I finally went to see this movie and plain old loved it.

I'm tempted to really get into it ... this movie really got me to thinking about lots of things. But it was just such a pleasure that for once I'm going to try to turn off my analyzer part of my brain and just say it was sheer joy.

If you haven't seen it yet and like easy-paced, romantic dramas, with splendid scenery, wonderful dialog, great scripting & acting, please, do yourself a favor and check this out. It's worth it.

I saw the film today and I agree with you completely. It was romantic, but I liked the fact that Kristin Scott Thomas stopped it from being too overtly schmaltzy and added some sharp-tongued spice to the proceedings. She is always wonderful in everything she does.

Ewan McGregor also never disappoints me and I just loved Amr Waked who played the Sheikh. His character was wise, humorous and just downright handsome. The whole film was a pleasure.
