Wow, she was fantastic in this movie! So sharp and witty! Absolutely adored her performance. I really hope she will receive some recognition for this role, because she deserves it.

I absolutely agree! She was marvelous. The best parts of the movie were the ones with her on screen. Never would have thought she could be this funny. Hope we will get more of this.

She was hilarious! I hope we'll get to see more of her comedic side as well!
The text messages were fantastic. But only because her performance was that brilliant, you could almost hear her say those things out loud :)

She was funny in Four Weddings and a Funeral, which is the film in which I first saw her.

Plus, I would think you'd have to have a sense of humor if you made your film debut opposite Prince.

Sorry to be a voice of dissent but I thought she massively overacted. Partly a problem with the lines she was given which seemed kind of klutzy, but even so, she struck me as hamming it up throughout.

She was very funny. When she told her kid she was his mother and not one of his f-cking school bitches, I cracked up.

The line was even better. She said: "I'm not one of your bitches from the Baltimore low-rises. You feel me? I am your f-cking mother!" :-)
