Sasha Grey??
So the Sasha character looks strikingly like the adult film star Sasha Grey. A lot of dialogue also seems to allude to this. Anyone else agree?

You know, I've been scouring the internet (...googling) and it's actually surprising not more people have caught this, or even mentioned it. But I have little doubt that Sasha in Titan Maximum is largely inspired by Sasha Grey, porn star. Oh yeah, both have released cds as vocalists.

I was thinking the name and style was a play on Erin Grey of Buck Rodgers. Seth Green is that age.

To be honest, while she may be a toy, I think Sasha Caylo looks a lot hotter than Sasha Grey, lol.
A) they didn't make her to be a stick - unlike ms grey;
B) the only facial likenesses are the dark hair and eye shadow - and hell! no one else but ms grey wears those;
C) the character does not resemble either ms grey as she portrays herself in person or how she portrays herself while on camera.
Honestly, I don't see how you guys could find a resemblance... tho they are both very plastic-looking and shiny, lol.
From the look of things, I think ragusa is closer to the truth on this one. I can see more of ERIN Grey from Buck Rodgers in this than I can of SASHA. The name is probably just a coincidence. Since the show is making fun of old sci-fi, the chances of Sash Caylo being a freaked up version of Erin Grey seems far more likely than a porn star who is not/looks nothing like the character.

sasha is also the name of one of Obama's daughters
maybe it's the general attention whoring and snobby/shiaty attitude?
