What was that expensive hotel? (possible spoilers)

At some point in the movie they arrive in front of a very beautiful building which turns out to be a luxury hotel and Tom offers to pay. Then they get to be spoiled, the Canadian has her manicure done, the Dutch guy orders a great meal etc. Is there such a hotel on the way to Compostela? I was just wondering. Very nice film all in all, made me feel good :)

Hey,

Funny this is that hotel is actual right next to the Santiago de Compestela cathedral.... so not sure why the next day the sign post reads Santiago 222km's.
