A different grayson?

On the cast list there is a guy listed as playing grayson in one episode. Manel souza. Anyone know what thats about? Was it an unaired pilot, like how there was a different willow originally on buffy? I also wonder why they changed grayson from travis' doctor to a pub owner?

When was he Travis's Dr? He was always a bar owner.

The trivia mentions a deleted scene involving Jules and Grayson. Maybe it was the original pilot, much like the Buffy thing you mentioned.
