Are they afraid to wake the dead????
Seriously, do they think this builds drama if they whisper? No, it's just annoying. (afraid the ghosts will tell you to shut up, or keep it down, or "GET OUT!!!" if you talk at a normal level?)
Or, could it be that your fake equipment is so sensitive it....

"CNreal" is obviously short for "CNreally stupid idea for a boring, crappy, immature show that not even a brain dead zombie would watch, which has bad acting (if you can even call it that) but that's ok because these people are so untalented and lame that we're not actually going to pay them anyway"

I think they whisper as a security thing. I think it makes them feel a little better and maybe not as scared. All ghost shows do it for some reason.
And if you dont like the show, why are you watching it?
I think they are brave for going to these freaky places.
I couldnt do it.

They are whispering because that is the human guttural reaction to fear and being hunted. Even though I prefer Ghost Hunters or my own investigation, I think that this is a great show for teaching kids about paranormal study.

I noticed most paranormal investigators whisper, but in an episode of Ghost Hunters, I remember them explaining EVPs. How you should wait a while between questions, try not to talk alot during sessions and whatnot, so I always thought it was so it would be easier to pick up a voice... Though I just realized they ask they questions loudly (though still whisper between questions if they want to point something out or suggest something).
Another reason could be because they're listening for odd sounds so they don't want too much noise.

Ok, first of all, the reason YOU don't like this show is because ITS FOR LITTLE KIDS!!!!!!!!!!!!! And second of all, if you spend your time writing messages that long just to ask why someone is whispering, you REALLY need to GET A LIFE!!
