I don't know. What did these women want from him? They're all married, they see him as a toy, maybe all except Clotilde. Pretty toy. He has to settle somehow with his life, too. He wanted a marriage, and tried to be a good husband in the beginning, until he found out he was being used and betrayed. I'm so happy Georges in the film is so much nicer than in the book. I must say I'm on his side, as always with Robbie... :)

What's it like working with Rob?
CR: "He's incredibly proficient and professional, and he's such a lovely, lovely, human being. And I feel so lucky I've been able to play this part with someone as kind, and as much of a partner as he really is when we're filming all the scenes we have to do.
You definitely feel like you're a team trying to work these things out. He and I just laugh all the time and giggle, and make fun of each other and just have a really good time together. He's just fun to be around, and funny and odd and everything lovely."
