First thoughts... bad actor?? I disagree

I'm only about halfway through the film, but I must say I highly disagree with anyone complaining about Robert Pattinson being a bad actor and "ruining the movie". If you want to see a bad actor, watch a soap opera or a cheap no-name horror film. He, as an actor, has made me interested in discovering how Georges Duroy's story will end.

Just my thoughts thus far. Opinions are always welcome.

There are some weaknesses with the script and editing, but, the performances are ALL top notch. The story is what it is. These should not be characters the viewers empathize/sympathize with and that is a problem for some viewers. No one is without faults or particularly likeable.
