What's Wrong With Virginia changed to just Virginia?

I've been wondering the same thing, this change was awhile ago. My best guess is that the title "Virginia" is easier to remember than "What's Wrong With Virginia?" for moviegoers. Or it could be that "What's Wrong With Virginia?" sounds stigmatizing to those who have mental health or disability issues because I heard that the title character played by Connelly is very out there and outrageously "crazy". Anyway, those are just ideas I'm throwing out there. I have no clue of the actual reason(s) behind the title change, to be honest, and I haven't had the chance to watch the film yet.
