Harry Lime Theme in Kontakthof

I've looked for that version everywhere, but can't find it. When creating Kontakthof, Pina started with a circus theme and used a lot of circus music, and I think that version is played on a calliope. Also remember when the piece was created (1977), she was using vinyl LP's (remember those?), and this version must not have made the cut to CD or more modern technology. On "Kontakthof...over 65", it is only listed as "Harry Lime Theme" and credited to Chappell Music Ltd.
