Favorite Scene?

I loved this movie. Nearly every scene resonated with me. One I especially liked was when the man walked forward and held out his arms, then turned to the side, and bared his teeth, inviting the world to judge him. I know I make evaluations on people based on the way they look, and I expect others to do the same to me. I also loved the one when the woman was wearing the long dark dress and nearly fell face down when the man caught her just in time and lifted her back up. I took it as the idea of someone supporting you just when you think there's no hope.

Which scenes moved you the most?

I have two also. The Japanese female dancer wearing a long pink dress, very beautiful and elegant, with what I took to be blood on her arm and mouth. The scene began with her dancing with a man, was interrupted by her speaking and recalling that Pina said her fragility was her strength, before her dancing alone. It was those last moments of her dancing alone that I found mesmeric.

I also liked an earlier scene, was it part of Cafe Mueller(?) where a man and woman are embracing, another man positions the man's arms to carry the woman, when placed in the man's arms she falls and returns back to their original embrace. This was repeated several times and the speed increased each time. I'm not sure why I loved this so much but I did.
