During the bike crash. The guy on the bike DOESN'T run a red light. The light has turned green so even though he was off his head he wasn't technically in the wrong

I re-wound that bit because I assumed he went through a red light or crossed a junction when he should have stopped, but he didn't. Trivial I know but I couldn't see the road markings to work out which one of them was meant to have given way.

He was stoned, and still rode the bike home, it was already "tres dangereus", regardless of the rouge or verd of the traffic light.

But the other driver was still at fault and was the reason the accident happened. But yeah, he doesn't help himself by being under the influence.

Yeah, I went back to the scene to see if he had ran a red light. Nope...the other vehicle was the one that ran the red light.

Definitely not good to drive stoned, but it seemed like the truck just ambushed him. It didn't seem to be a matter of "If his reflexes were better, he could have avoided it."
