It's kind of obvious why it hasn't been released
50/50 got big and all the attention and they probably thought 2 cancer films with comedy aspects wouldn't be good

"50/50" is supposedly the antithesis of films like this. Was actually funny, moving and very good, three things this film apparently isn't!

I agree. I like 50/50 better, even though this one has the gorgeous Kate Hudson.
