Plot holes?

Before the end of all this let's address some plot holes or inconsistencies. You can include season 4 if you like.

The one that get's me is in the (season 5) episode where Troy leaves. Jeff says he's never set foot outside of Colorado but in season 1 he tells Britta that for a company trip they went to Disney and he punched an animatronic Ben Franklin.

Explanation? Maybe Jeff lied to Britta. Wouldn't be the first time.
