Its a shame there is no website where people can look up actor information such as their birth and deaths.

shareNewspapers prepare obituaries ahead of time for well known people, especially elderly or sick ones. Sometimes in updating them, they get released accidentally. There is a whole list on Wikipedia of premature obituaries.
One I remember was for Bob Hope. The obituary jumped to wire services and a member of the House or Representatives read it. He raced to the House floor and gave a eulogy ahead of everyone else. Meanwhile in California, Hope's wife went to the kitchen and informed Hope who was eating breakfast that it was official. He was dead.
I don't know everything. Neither does anyone else
