The Girl Gogo

Unremarked so far seems to be the fact that MAMMA GOGO is also a kind of sequel to the 1962 film 79 AT STATION (aka THE GIRL GOGO) by Eric Balling in which the two leads, Kristborg Kjeld and Gunnar Eyjolfsson are playing the same characters.

The black and white flashbacks in MAMMA GOGO perfectly match scenes with the same actors nearly 50 years later.
