It's good!

This remake actually is funny. I was at my friends place and were were bored sh:tless, so he popped in that movie and at first i wasn't impressed at all - it felt kinda over the top, too much, not funny, just lame ... but after awhile it really started to make sense. It was just hilariously funny. I know, it's no masterpiece and it was silly most of the time but i was greatly amused, especially by the performance of the lead.

And for the record, i have to add that i just saw the German dubbed version, which of course, cuts the flair, but i just don't speak french and actually we didn't have the original version around.

HOWEVER - pop this into your player if you want some stupid fun that is not too awkward!
