It was $8.50 for the matinee here in Bakersfield, Ca. $13 I think for later hours.
We caught the $5.50 matinee in 2D and enjoyed it just as much.
$11 for a 3D showing for me.
shareOmg.. It is clearly obvious that as a ny'er we areseverrly overcharged at the box office . And I don't buy that 3D costs more because it is more expensive to make. a film not using 3 D can have a huge budget, and buy that logic a real small budget film moviegoers would pay a ridiculous low amount because it cost less to make. I am assuming theatre owners set the price of tickets. I appreciate finding out the different costs at different locations only now I am shell shocked .

oh yeah a small drink and hotdog or small popcorn was another $10... I can't even imagine how much it cost for a family of 4 to got the movies here... It must easily total $100.
