Okay for a 2 year old?

Is this an appropriate movie to bring a 2 year old to see? Our local movie theater shows children's movies in the morning on Tuesdays & Wednesdays, and this is the movie for next week.

I don't mean appropriate, as in content, because she wouldn't exactly understand that either way. For example, we had to leave Happy Feet 2 because there was a scene where a whale swam toward the screen to eat krill, while dark music was playing and it wasn't something that my daughter was enjoying.

Just curious if this would be okay for us to go see without having to leave.

Thanks in advance.

This might spoil the movie for you, but here are some parental guidelines.

The scene where they are talking about where the bird gets mutilated by the plane is actually not a big deal. Why? All you see is the birds feathers on one side of the plane.

Later during the credits the bird is shown to be just fine. Unless you count the fact that his feathers are missing.

I have a 3 year old godson and 1 year old goddaughter. They love the movie. If that's any indication. The movie is pretty harmless. Then again I say harmless and you got some wussy parents saying other wise.

It's ok. He will love it, but you may want to bring a book or something.
