This was a pretty clever, but underfunded movie.

There was a lot of thought that went this Echelon 8, plot twists,
clever speculations about political intrigue ... but a low budget
and I'm guess not much time or money to make it forced them
to do this on the cheap.

It's actually not bad. It's a bit hard to watch because of the
low production values but there there thought behind it and
it has something to say. I liked it and gave it a 7/10.

Probably should have given it more since I saw it for free on
NetFlix. If these guys had a chance to work on this more and
a bigger budget I think it could make a very complicated and
interesting thriller.
