Season 4 favoritism - episode 68- Perfect Sauce for a Perfect Steak

Sooo confused....why is it NOT ok for Ben to cook Mexican style food the whole time at MCK (he did get fussed at for doing it) - YET - it's OK for MINDY and AUDRA to cook Malaysian/South East Asian dishes the whole time they've been in MCK? And Julie being the dessert queen and cooking sweets the whole time, except when forced not to?Pathetic....even the guest judge saw through the shallowness of Mindy's cooking...and the garbage spewing out of the other judges mouth about her cooking, he did not like Mindy's cooking....at all. Don't know if I want to finish season four, I haven't finished it yet. I want to yet I don't because it's looking as if they are going to give Mindy a free ride the whole show...
